Higher Education Learning Circle
This gathering of the Higher Education Learning Circle: Building the Behavioral Health Workforce will continue to build relationships and collaboration between behavioral health employers and higher education in our region. Those attending should plan to deepen relationships with other institutions and behavioral health employers, learn about strategies and collaborations that have developed from our ongoing conversations and convenings, and be eager to participate in new opportunities to learn and collaborate.
Lunch will be served. This is a free event.

HealthFORCE Boost
The Regional Behavioral Health Workforce will be present at the 2024 HealthFORCE. HealthFORCE Boost is The Health Collaborative’s NEW career fair and hiring event for adult job seekers! Come to this event to meet dozens of healthcare employers from around the Greater Cincinnati region, all at once!
This is an annual event provided for our region by The Health Collaborative.
HealthFORCE
The Regional Behavioral Health Workforce will be present at the 2024 HealthFORCE. This event is designed to give high school students a taste of dozens of healthcare professions all at once! HealthFORCE is Greater Cincinnati’s largest healthcare-specific career exploration event. High schools attending can choose from a Morning or Late Morning session - each of which will have a panel, activities, and 40+ exhibitors.
This is an annual event provided for our region by The Health Collaborative.
Xavier University Health & Wellbeing Fair
The Health and Wellbeing Fair, put on by the Student Wellness Advocacy Group, is an annual event where Xavier hosts clubs and community health resources that provide information about their organization to Xavier students. We will have information available about Behavioral Health Careers.
Higher Education Learning Circle
The next gathering of the Higher Education Learning Circle: Building the Behavioral Health Workforce will continue to build relationships and collaboration between behavioral health employers and higher education in our region. The focus of this September meeting will be to dive deeper into building those relationships that generate opportunities. A large part of this discussion will be around building the pipeline starting in high school, with a focus on the collaborative roles between education and employers in supporting future and current professionals on their career pathways. We will also provide an update on the wonderful opportunities and progress made from our initial meeting in February.

Your higher education institution is an important part of building the behavioral health workforce in our region. We are asking you to work with your colleagues to create a team that represents the different behavioral health programs in your institution.
